Bob Grant is Essex Capital Partners’ Founder and Principal. Bob formed Essex Capital to invest in underperforming real estate, develop income-producing properties, and provide investment advisory and consulting services to owners of real estate and corporate assets.
Bob has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Prior to forming Essex Capital, has acted as a principal at The Recovery Group, and was a Vice President at Congress Realty Group in Boston, Mortgage Investors Corporation, and Winthrop Financial Company. He graduated in 1979 from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
